Central Baltimore Future Fund

The Central Baltimore Future Fund (CBFF) is CBP’s real estate affiliate charged with stimulating inclusive economic growth and attracting investment in Central Baltimore. Governed by a board of community developers and real estate professionals, CBFF intervenes in problem and vacant properties through acquisitions and investments to prepare them for redevelopment.

CBFF partners with the Reinvestment Fund to finance transformational, high impact commercial, residential and neighborhood development projects. Projects are led by nonprofit and for-profit developers who are committed to CBP’s equitable goals. Achievements include The Voxel arts lab and theater, Town Hall in Waverly Main Street, and Station North’s Odell’s redevelopment into an arts and technology hub for youth.
